Katie is positive and encouraging and motivates me to push myself to go one step further than I think I can. She is clear about what is needed from each exercise with adjustments for each person’s individual needs. She clearly puts a lot of thought into the sessions to make them all different. I feel I’ve worked really hard at the end of each session and that I’ve really benefited from her classes

Pilates is a system of low impact exercises developed in the early 1900’s by Joseph Pilates. By combining physical and mental conditioning, after just one session you’ll be on your way to a stronger mind and body. Here’s just a few of the benefits of Pilates…

It’s a great complementary style of training allowing beginners to learn the fundamentals of body movement and core control with breathing techniques and offering a more challenging set of sequences for those more advanced and want a full body workout.

Whether you’re desk bound by day because of your job, or getting back into fitness Pilates has a space for you.

I work with clients on either a 1:1 basis on in a class format. My Pilates uses just a mat and small pieces of equipment (ball, bands, Pilates ring, Pilates foam roller etc)

Pilates is suitable for pre & post natal clients as well, but please note, general level classes are not suitable, and I would strongly advise you come to either the post natal class or book in for a 1:1 assessment to ensure you’re ready for a general level class.

1:1 Pilates sessions are available and essential for anyone who is suffering from any serious injuries or pre & post natal and requires an assessment before joining a main stream class.

POST NATAL 1:1 via online platform has been a huge hit. You don’t need to leave the house and so avoid all the stress of packing up a new born and battling the elements to get to class!
