Pilates is a system of low impact exercises developed in the early 1900’s by Joseph Pilates. By combining physical and mental conditioning, after just one session you’ll be on your way to a stronger mind and body.

It’s a great complementary style of training allowing beginners to learn the fundamentals of body movement and core control with breathing techniques and offering a more challenging set of sequences for those more advanced and want a full body workout.

Whether you’re desk bound by day because of your job, or getting back into fitness Pilates has a space for you. My Pilates uses just a mat and small pieces of equipment (ball, bands, Pilates ring, Pilates foam roller etc)

Pilates is suitable for pre & post natal clients as well, but please note current classes unless stated are general open level classes. Please book into a 1:1 assessment by emailing Katie@Katiespong.com
